She spent 25 years inside pharmaceutical commercial operations. Now she’s bringing that discipline to the industry that needs it most.

When the founders of Vesalius Longevity Labs went looking for someone to build their commercial operation, they had a problem most startups don’t. Their industry barely had commercial veterans to recruit.

Longevity medicine is young. Peptide science moved from research labs toward the mainstream so quickly that the business infrastructure never caught up. Plenty of scientists. Plenty of enthusiasts. Almost nobody who had spent decades launching regulated healthcare products at scale.

Timmi Stump had spent 30 years doing exactly that.

Her pharmaceutical career touched nearly every commercial function in sequence. She started in regulatory, moved into marketing operations, then strategy, then took a field rotation because she wanted to understand the business beyond a desk. She came back as a director of marketing, then moved into integrative medicine, ultimately serving as President of Neo7 Bioscience, a precision medicine company. Along the way she founded her own company, Evolve Your Practice.

Then came the call from Vesalius co-founders including Dr. Matt Cook, one of the recognized names in longevity medicine, and Jennifer Benson. They wanted her to build the company’s commercial organization as Chief Commercial Officer.

There was no blueprint. She started anyway.

“Don’t wait until you feel ready,” Stump says. “The greatest opportunities in my career came from stepping into uncertainty, learning quickly, and trusting that I could figure out what I didn’t yet know.”

What she built, starting in late 2024 with her business partner, is now a public company. Vesalius Longevity Labs (CSE:VLAB) is a longevity science and regenerative health platform focused on peptides, biologics, preventative healthcare, and performance optimization. The company operates a scalable B2Doctor2Consumer ecosystem designed to support healthcare providers, telehealth infrastructure, product fulfillment, and advanced longevity therapeutics across global markets. Its expanding ecosystem includes peptide therapeutics, regenerative medicine initiatives, royalty-generating biologics partnerships, and advanced provider enablement technologies designed to support the future of personalized health and wellness.

Building that in under two years required the thing Stump considers her actual specialty, which is not any single product. It is the discipline of commercialization itself.

“Innovation isn’t about chasing what’s new,” she says. “It’s about solving real problems. The most successful leaders stay relentlessly focused on creating value for the people they serve.”

That discipline is rarer in her field than the science is. Stump jokes that six years of commercial leadership in peptides makes her a dinosaur, because almost nobody has been doing the business side of this industry longer. The field grew up around researchers and enthusiasts. The professional layer, the people who ask what regulators require and what practitioners actually need before anything scales, is only now arriving.

She thinks the arrival matters beyond her own company.

“I believe the next decade will transform medicine,” she says. “I want to play a meaningful role in ensuring those breakthroughs reach patients safely, ethically, and at scale.”

Safely, ethically, at scale. It reads like a mission statement. It is closer to a job description, and it is the one Stump has been training for since her first regulatory role 30 years ago.

The industry finally caught up to her resume.
