The long-awaited update

The new expansion The War Within, which was announced a while ago, gets closer to its release date every day. After the launch of the beta test, a large amount of information appeared on the network regarding content, changes, additions of mechanics, and so on. For hardcore players, the most exciting part of the game is the endgame content, as this is where they can experience new emotions, earn the highest quality rewards, and test their skills to the fullest. At this stage of the game, quests become more challenging, enemies become stronger, and a deeper understanding of the game mechanics is required. In this article, we will discuss what players can expect in the new expansion’s first season.

What is endgame content?

Endgame content refers to activities that become available to players or can be tackled only after reaching the maximum character level and certain gear upgrades. This type of content allows players to enhance their characters to the highest possible level and earn rare rewards that are not accessible to others. Endgame content includes dungeons and raids. In the new expansion, there will also be a new type of content called Delves. We will discuss the details of this new feature below.

Raids

Nerub’ar Palace

In the new expansion, the first raid, which is available to players, will be the Nerub’ar Palace. It has been mentioned for a while, but at that time, there was no understanding of the bosses that would await us, the architecture, appearance, or the exact location of the raid. It is still unclear whether there will be additional new raids, but the pool will likely include raids from previous expansions.

The location of the raid

The raid can be found in a new location called Azj-Kahet. This location belongs entirely to the Nerubians and is most likely located underground. The entrance to the raid itself is located in the center of the City of Threads at coordinates 73.14, 55.60.

Architecture and bosses

Raid Architecture will be more vertical compared to other raids. You will visit all places in the palace, starting from the deepest floors where the Nerubians collect the blood of the ancient gods, and ending with the upper floors. There will be a total of 8 boss encounters, one of which will have two enemies at once.Ulgrax the Devourer

  • The Bloodbound Horror
  • Sikran
  • Rasha’nan
  • Broodtwister Ovi’nax
  • Nexus-Princess Ky’veza
  • The Silken Court: Anub’arash and Skeinspinner Takazj
  • Queen Ansurek

If you find it difficult to adapt to boss mechanics or need a team, you can order a WoW raid boost. Services like WoW TWW raids boost can help players complete raids and acquire valuable gear that will make them stronger compared to other players. Although the new expansion hasn’t been released yet, you can place a pre-order to face the new threat at the front lines with professionals. A World of Warcraft raid carry will guide you through all the dangers without the need for lengthy preparation and memorization of mechanics.

New raid chips

Arachnophobia Mode

Since the new content involves spiders, it might cause anxiety and panic for people with arachnophobia. To address this, a new mode has been added where all spiders are replaced with crabs. This allows all players to experience the new zone without discomfort.

New raid complexity

A new difficulty has also been added called Story. With its help, players will be able to participate in a Nerubian Palace raid in the amount of 1 to 5 players to get acquainted with the lore and key events of this expansion. It is unknown whether there will be a drop in this mode, but this will give casual players the opportunity to get acquainted with the content.

Heroic week

The new expansion will bring back Heroic week, which will provide a number of benefits. Heroic week gives guilds time to complete Heroic raids and prepare for Mythic raids, improve their gear, and adapt to new bosses. This helps bridge the difficulty gap between the first and last boss, allows collect data for class customization, reduces the burden on players, and makes the race for world supremacy more structured and interesting.

Dungeons

         Dungeon pool

A large number of new and old dungeons have been added to the game. There will be 8 dungeons in total, 4 of them will concern new locations and new races, and the remaining 4 are known to you from such add-ons as Shadowlands, Cataclysm, Battle for Azeroth.

This is a new form of endgame content that will run parallel to raids and Mythic+ dungeons, but will not be tied to specific classes.  You will complete them in a group of 1 to 5 people along with a companion who can be your healer, tank or other class. At the end of each location, a chest with rewards and possibly a boss awaits you. The same dungeons can change over time adding variety to the game. In addition, there may be puzzles and riddles.

Delves and Great Vault

Completing Delves in new locations, you can receive an additional weekly reward in a Great Vault. This will give you the opportunity to choose high-quality equipment in one of three cells.
