Destiny 2’s Top Trials of Osiris Weapons Revealed

The healthcare sector continues making significant advancements, but could the next one be through video games?

Destiny 2’s PVP mode can be difficult to master if you’re not already skilled at it, but getting a great set of weapons is the first thing that will help you achieve a perfect score in Trials of Osiris. There are many things to consider when choosing a weapon, such as god rolls, average rolls, game mode, weapon archetype, weapon type, and Bungie’s constant changes to game balance. So it might be challenging for novice gamers to figure out what weapon will work best.

But no worries, we have compiled a ranking of the best guns to help you make a winning pick. As always, tier lists are subjective, even if they are based on facts like DPS and overall popularity. By ordering the Trials Carry service, you can get any weapon from this list. They’re all good for PVP, so give them a try and see if they suit your playstyle and build.

The Chaperone (C Tier)

If you’re looking for a weapon to take down a target, the Chaperone shotgun in Destiny 2 is likely your best option due to its long range, high damage, and good reload speed once its exotic perk is activated. This shotgun shoots a single slug precision round thanks to the Precision Slug Exotic feature. The Chaperone also gives you better handling and range. When you use the Roadborn and get a perfect elimination, the weapon does even more damage.

Beloved (C Tier)

Beloved came out in Season 17 and isn’t as easy to get as some other sniper rifles, but it’s a great legendary solar weapon for PvP. Because it cuts down on Aim Down Sights (ADS) time, ‘Snapshot Sights’ is very helpful in game activities like Trials of Osiris. ‘Moving Target’ makes it easier to move and find targets as long as you keep moving while ADSing. Just quickly aim, move to avoid damage, and pull the trigger.

Lethal Abundance (B Tier)

Lethal Abundance auto rifle that is somewhat more appropriate for the Crucible. Target Lock and Dynamic Sway Reduction significantly improve accuracy and damage as long as you continue to pull the trigger and keep your target in sight.

Le Monarque (B Tier)

Some people don’t like bows, but this type of weapon should not be ignored. This is how Le Monarque works: You can use this Void Exotic bow well in both PvE and PvP. With the Poison Arrows feature, quickly drawn full-sight arrows do poison damage. At the same time, the Exotic Snapshot Sights feature cuts down on the time it takes to ADS. All in all, Le Monarque is great for PVP because it allows you to harm and stun your enemies.

Ace of Spades (A Tier)

Even though the Ace of Spades isn’t used as much as the Thorn or the Rose, it’s still often seen in PvP games. One of its best features —  Memento Mori — makes guns do more damage when you reload it after eliminating someone. If you ADS, it even gives you radar. On top of that, ‘Firefly’ will reward accurate eliminations with faster reloads and Solar blasts.

Scalar Potential (A Tier)

The Scalar Potential is a good choice for both PvE and PvP players. The rifle comes with the Keep Away feature that works great with its Rapid-Fire Frame archetype. The latter gives it more ammo and faster reload periods. Lastly, the Headseeker increases the damage done by this Arc pulse weapon when it hits a target in the body. In general, Scalar Potential is a good weapon that you should definitely try.

Wendigo GL3 Adept (A Tier)

Although the Cataphract GL3 (Adept) is easier to get and better suited for tough PvP fights, the Wendigo GL3 Arc Legendary grenade launcher is a good alternative. A Chain Reaction’s final blow sets off an explosion that can be used to fight more than one enemy at once. That’s a good bonus, don’t you agree?

Conditional Finality (S Tier)

In PvP, shotguns can save your life! As long as your aim is good, these are the best for small maps and close fights because they can kill any enemy that comes close. It’s an Exotic Stasis shotgun with a very special perk called “Split Decision” which lets you deal both Stasis and Solar damage. The Crucible makes heavy use of both of these things. Also, the Paracausal feature freezes enemies as long as you hit them with most of the Stasis pellets and lights them on fire if you do the same thing with the Solar barrel.

Ammit AR2 (S Tier)

Ammit AR2 is one of the most frequently used weapons in both PvP and PvE. It is especially good in the latter and has received a lot of love from players. Tap the Trigger and Dynamic Sway Reduction give this weapon increased accuracy and stability, which is very valuable in any type of encounter.

Cataphract GL3 Adept (S Tier)

It’s no surprise that the most used guns in PvP drop at Trials of Osiris, since this is a very tough game mode. The Guardians mostly use the Adept version of the Cataphract GL3. The Impulse Amplifier feature of this weapon makes the projectiles move faster, adding power and reliability to Cataphract GL3 Adept.

Final Thoughts

In Trials of Osiris, hand cannons and shotguns dominate, providing essential precision and close-quarters impact. Auto rifles and submachine guns offer versatility for various combat scenarios. While sniper rifles are less popular, skilled use can secure eliminations from a distance. For mid-range, a grenade launcher is effective, but caution is necessary to avoid self-inflicted damage. May your selected loadout reflect not just power but the nuanced mastery needed for triumph in PvP encounters.
