Crystalia Glass Opens Flagship Showroom in Miami, Surpasses 2025 Growth Targets Ahead of Schedule

MIAMI, FL – Crystalia Glass, a national leader in interior glass partition systems, announces the official opening of its Miami showroom and warehouse setting a new benchmark for speed, design, and service in Florida’s interior construction sector. The expansion, led by CEO Oleksandr Semeniuk, marks a major step in the company’s vision to bring full scale, modern glazing solutions closer to architects, developers, and homeowners throughout the state.
With an initial investment of $281,641, the new location launched in late 2023. By Q1 2025, the company had already booked $1.25 million in revenue, putting it on track to exceed its full-year goal of $4.8 million, now revised upward to $5.2–$5.4 million.
“Florida’s construction market moves fast,” said Oleksandr Semeniuk, CEO of Crystalia Glass. “Our goal was to match that pace while offering architects and builders the ability to physically walk through our systems, not just flip through catalogs. Based on our first-quarter results, we’re ahead of the curve.”
Showroom Highlights
Located in central Miami, the 6,450 sq. ft. facility features Crystalia’s signature systems on full display, including:
- CGF Aluminum-Framed Partitions – 3/8-inch tempered glass with slim mullions and soft close sliding or swing doors
- Custom Steel Partition Systems – Powder-coated hand-welded frames with solid commercial grade hardware
- Kompas Aluminum Partition – Up to 10 feet tall with a steel-look design and strong acoustic ratings
Visitors can interact with an online – calculator that builds real – time material estimates and test acoustic performance inside dedicated sound booths.
Florida Expansion Plans for 2025
- Warehouse Capacity Increase: An additional 6,460 sq. ft. of warehouse space goes live in June to support statewide demand.
- Product Launch: A new Eco Glass line, optimized for solar control in coastal homes and hotels, arrives in fall 2025.
