Brandon Silverstein of S10 Entertainment Awarded Billboard Power Players Award

Billboard has been a mainstay for enthusiasts looking to track the latest trends and news across the entertainment industry since its launch in 1894. Over the last century, the magazine has become a leading voice in music opinion, reviews, and trends, achieving over 830 million monthly online impressions and a print circulation of more than 19,000 readers. In 2023, Billboard launched its Power Players Award to recognize the individuals who have had the most impact on the music industry over the past year. The inaugural award recipient was Brandon Silverstein, founder and CEO of S10 Entertainment. Silverstein’s full-service management, music publishing, and investment company is dedicated to providing personalized attention and career-building for every artist it collaborates with. 
The Power Players Award was decided after three rounds of voting by Billboard Pro members representing a diverse consumer base. Over 1,500 votes were cast, demonstrating community engagement and investment in honoring the year’s top contributor to the music industry’s success. The winner stood out as a critical contributor to the industry while supporting artists’ development and success on a global stage. 
“Being recognized by the music industry as one of the most powerful and impactful executives is an absolute honor,” said Brandon Silverstein after being named the Billboard Power Players Award recipient. “I’m proud of what we’ve built with S10 on a global level and the trust our artists and creatives have in me and my team.”
Brandon Silverstein and S10 Entertainment certainly deserved the accolades. The publishing management company has guided its talent to 20 global number-one hits and over 40 billion streams throughout its short history. By partnering with other industry executives and firms, S10 Entertainment became successful and saw its performers achieve countless RIAA-certified albums and singles. Many of its artists have also gone on to sell out tours internationally and achieve brand deals worth hundreds of millions of dollars. 
Notable talent to collaborate with S10 Entertainment under Brandon Silverstein’s leadership include Beyonce, Dua Lipa, Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, and The Weeknd. The company also represents Grammy winner Jaspar Harris and songwriter and producer HARV. Operating S10 Records, an independent label venture alongside Brandon Silverstein Publishing, has helped Silverstein diversify its reach while supporting artists on their journey to creative expression and media success. 
Working with various performers and producers has gained Silverstein recognition from Billboard before. He was named on Billboard’s 40 Under 40 list of music executives for 2021, curated by a collection of peers and colleagues across the industry. Brandon Silverstein was also recognized by Billboard on its Latin Power Players list in 2022, reflecting his impact on Latin artists and music with regard to chart rankings as well as marketing reach. 
Silverstein has been awarded other industry honors over the years, and he has made a name for himself and his company in less than a decade. In 2020, he was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for his contributions to the music industry, spanning social impact and funding while recognizing his potential as an entrepreneur. In 2021, Variety included Brandon Silverstein in its New Leaders list, illustrating his contributions to music and the development and mentorship of talent at all stages of the performance and production cycle.
