I hope you had a lovely holiday season. While you are about to dig into 2017, I
want to send you happy New Year’s wishes from everyone here at BOSS Magazine.
I’m sure many of you are making (possibly already breaking) some New Year’s
resolutions, so I will kick off with my own. Once again, I resolve to eat less,
exercise more, and actually prepare for the Tough Mudder that’s been on my list
for over five years!
The convenient meal delivery services we showcase in this health and wellness
issue provide healthy, delicious, and nutritious meals, all which might be just what
keeps me on track with my resolutions in 2017. Take a look, one might be the

In keeping with the editorial theme, BOSS Magazine had the pleasure of speaking
with esteemed trainer and host of the transformational TV show Extreme Weight
Loss, Chris Powell. With a rewarding career that sees Chris not only transforming
hundreds of bodies for the better, but also helping businesses looking to embrace
wellness into their company culture, Powell has successfully turned his passion into
an inspirational enterprise. And the best part? He’s helping others along his journey.
We also investigate how the addition of more women on your board can positively
impact the bottom line. While this theory may not be revolutionary, the health
technology allowing more women to remain in their careers for longer before
having families is certainly facilitating the change in boardroom dynamics. With
major improvements in assisted reproduction, women
who want to have children no longer have to
be a slave to the ticking biological clock.
